As a psychologist, Adrianna’s approach is grounded, inspirational, occasionally confronting, and truly unique.  Her interpersonal skills are such that trust and rapport are quickly built, she creates a safe space and can open up conversations that lead to powerful collaborations and positive results.

Adrianna is a registered psychologist and commercial leader who is deeply passionate about the power of psychology to make a perpetual, positive impact on individuals, teams and leaders. She has spent two decades transforming a range of leading international psychology consultancies, and their high-profile clients. She has advised and led the workplace mental health strategies and Psychosocial Risk Management Reviews across some of the world’s leading organisations. This includes groups such as Qantas, Optus, Virgin Airlines, Pfizer, Herbert Smith Freehills, Department of Health, Home Affairs, Commonwealth Bank, and with outcomes such as reducing mental health stigma & suicide rates within Australia Post.

Adrianna is regularly invited to speak at conferences both domestically and internationally and to deliver expert commentary by the media around topics such as mindfulness, dealing with trauma, building resilience, leadership transformation, and within prestigious publications such as BRW, SMH, and the Financial Review.
